Guild Rules

  • All members are expected to treat others, both guild members and the community at large, with respect and behave like decent intelligent humans. Anyone found to be a constant cause of drama and complaints risks removal from the guild.
  • Players who are offline for more than one months without having informed the Guild Coucil may be removed from the guild without warning.
  • Alts are allowed in the guild, but they must have the rank of Alt and have a player note that matches the main character of that person. It is the responsibility of the player to make sure the rank and note is correct. Alts that are found not to comply risk being removed from the guild.
  • Alts belonging to players who move their mains to other guilds will be removed from the guild.
  • Applying to other guilds without prior approval from the Guild Council may result in removal of raid privileges or removal from the guild.
  • The guild has three types of members:

    25 Man Raiders: Are expected to commit and maintain that commitment to the guilds main raids. They are also expected to maintain a high standard of preparation for these raids and to perform at a high level together with a attendance above 75 %.

    10 Man Raiders: Are expected to commit and maintain that commitment to the guilds main raids as well as our 25 man raiders, but the 10 man team allows for more free time from the raids compared to the 25 man team with the lower attendance requirements at 50 %.

    Casual Members: Are not permitted to sign up to the guilds main raids but may sign up to Optional events when the event specifies they may do so.

  • We do not specifically recruit new Casual members but Casual places are made available to people who have strong connections to the guild, for example, brothers, sisters, wifes, husbands etc. A standard application and approval by the Guild Council is still required though. Casual members are required to understand that they do not have the right to demand raiding privileges, but are allowed to request them by talking to the GM or appropriate Role Leader. Any complaints or whining about raiding from casual members is likely to result in removal from the guild.
  • The Guild and Raid Council are required to enforce all the guild and raid rules. Serious breaches of these rules will result in the member having to make his own Numa Numa video, or taking the easy option of taking a slap in our slap count system which we really dont need to say aint a thing we want to see anyone getting.
