We will field the best team we can. I will stop running them if we have to run them with people in less than optimal gear too often, which unfortunately it's heading that way. Only way we can improve that is for the better geared alts to sign up.
it would be very nice is people put the effort into their alts gearing up wise so we can get some real progression. just seems like people like to get boosted atm tho
I agree with above, I liked the prospect of this team to have a good challenge with skilled people on different characters. Last few raids were mainly learning fights all over again with substitutes while we were at a consistent 6/8 ready to go for more. And more personally I joined this team to at least keep up a little bit gear wise and experience the fights this tier has to offer
I hope we'll be able to get back to the way we started this team
Am available to tank (deathknight), heal (priest/pala), or dps (hunter). Prefer to dps, but seeing we already have 4 ranged and 2 melee signed, I signed up to heal on paladin for now. Can always switch around if needed or prefered. Don't mind raiding on any of them.

Too a point this is true, but the core is good and we are being helped by others, since we couldn't get a raid going without them.
