me and yuana joined a 10man uld grp and it failed, and we decided to continue, all bosses to XT-002 cleared, we where doing XT-002 and whiped on 40% and i think we can make it, only need a shaman for heroiesm, so please sign for this raid and help us out. we will be doing some hardmodes aswell if ppl wanna do it, but mainly to continue where we stopped. cheers for reading.

This is something I totally do not get. Ppl go into Uld 10 pugs, which fall apart, and than ask guild to help them out to continue/finish, as they are screwed for this week. :/
Wouldn't it be better to get a proper 10-man runs on regular basis on optional days, for guildies only, and really push hard on hard modes? And all of this on a managed/organised basis?
But ofc optional days are optional days, so after all ppl are totally free to do what they want, and probably I am all alone in my efforts to push for some organised approach to 10 mans...

This is actually better then a fresh run since we will have a bigger chance of actually reaching Yogg.
And tbh, that is all i care about and are even trying to do 10mans for.
