i didnt sign yet, we have an important meeting in the afternoon at work and i dont know if i am at home in time and ofc if a can focus on raiding then.

question on this roated system i can't raid alot of thursdays normaly due to work yet for some reason im getting roated for the last 2 now y ? my last few thursday's are

07/01/10-active
12/01/10-roated
21/01/10-active
28/01/10-did'nt sign due to work
04/02/10-roated
11/02/10- today roated again

y is it the same day for the roated systems can't it do it a diffrent day due to the fact that everything is killed on a thursday and how the hell are u ment to get any sort of dkp with the boss's that are left
if i sign for thursday its normal down to me swaping a shift or takeing a day to make it so getting roated for only thursdays is a fucking pain in the neck well u can change todays 11/02/10 instead to inactive ill go to bloody work instead of takeing the day off. and if that means getting roated a diffrent day great i don't have to turn up to shit fights like prof or queen because for the last few weeks thats all i been getting apart from the 10 man its a fucking pain in the neck

There has been a lot of talk about rotations recently, mainly because no one likes being rotated for a key night, especially not farm night. I don't know the full workings of how it is decided etc, but i do know they put in a lot of effort to try and get it right.

It's impossible to do the rotations for everyone to get a 100% fair active/rotate and for everyone to be happy. That is just impossible i'm sorry to say.

So we do our best to make it as fair as we can under the circumstances. We try to make sure that none get rotated more then 2 raids i a row. (btw If that happens to you then a mistake have been made somewhere and you should tell an officer.)

Regarding your post Novak, it's a hard one for us. We can't do or give any real special treatment to people as it will just mean we would get a lot of hazzle from other members, even though we would like to do that. So in our counting doing the raid setups we can not take into account raids when people did not sign up. Sadly.

If you would have got active then someone else would got your rotation and he would be the one irritated and angry instead. The people you rotate on Thursdays gets irritated cause they miss the farm raid and so they try and find reasons for not getting that rotation (understandably so) some people you rotate for learning raids gets irritated cause they will miss a new boss kill. It's just the way it is, as i said we can not please everyone no matter how hard we try. Even if we where to put in 8houers a week just do to the sign ups there would still be people not satisfied.

We do our best to make it as fair as possible but we as everyone else do mistakes, if you feel your being wrongly treated with the sign-ups then talk to an officer as i'm sure we can help you first to investigate if you have been over rotated or wrongly rotated. If that would be the case you will get compensated. However keep in mind, no officer wants to hear whining over rotation. So bare that in mind when you want to bring a complaint to us, we will ofc listen but i would advice against taking it to an officer unless it's a justified complaint.

for you Novak we'll se to that you don't get rotated next thursday (looking on the stats i doubt you would anyhow) and i'm sorry that you feel wrongly treated in terms of rotation, we'll do our best to not have it happening again.

ps. i would advice against putting yourself inactive so soon. Just after your inactive we have an healer who unsigned witch means a spot opend up. But since your inactive, we can't bring you.

i assure you that have not been our intention Novak and i'm sorry that you have got excessive thursday rotation. We'll look into it and make sure it does not happen again.

Also i'm happy to say that we will do a small change regarding the thursday farm raids, more information shortly on that.
