Quick question , i was on rotated up to 5 min before raid invites. i did get invited whis turned out because some one droped out late. This is not an issue but my status was changed to active which then dose not show as i was on rotated is this correct as it is the second time it has happened ( i thought there was an active rotated status).

You were active for tonight, so it doesn't count as a rotation. There is indeed an Activated Reserve status, but that's the same as being set to Active.

changing some ones status 5 min before the raid is not to good, if the person that i did replace in the end had not droped out i guess i would still have beeen rotated or was it just an over sight that my status had not been changed till very very late

If you are rotated you have to be online at raid invites anyway. So being set to active 2 seconds before raid invites shouldn't matter to the rotated person. The person who has dropped out however should have set himself to Reserve if he wasn't sure if he could make it or not. If he decides he can't come 5 minutes before the raid is a lot more annoying for the raid leader than if they set themselves as reserve.

Most of you are seeing rotated in a very wrong way, rotated does not mean that you are 100% free of the raid and you can make what ever plans you want.
Rotated means you are benched for that raid but will be used if needed. It's not us being cruel or unfair taking away your rotation. It's people that don't bother to come online who cause us to do that.
Don't make plans if your rotated unless you have some wiggle room with them.
Again, rotated does not mean for a 100% certainty that you will not raid that night!
