if we get the healers for tonight, we need to have focus. Last night we had far to many fails from people running through gasses, its really not that hard to avoid them

had a small talk to síra and sunel yesterday night, some rl-stuff has to be done this afternoon/evening... therefore i most likely will not be there at raid-invite (see comment at signup)... can you rotate me please?

For the normal team, I suggest just bringing 1 tank and have Alencia tank Phase 1 in DPS spec and gear. If Phase 1 goes perfect then you only need 1 tank anyway. Next to that, Alencia will have 30k-ish in bear, add the buff you get to that and you're back on 40k. Alencia's can then go full out DPS in Phase 2, which is really good to have.
