It seems you are short of 2 ranged, 2 melee and a healer Baba in the 25 man. Although, i'm hoping that both 25 man and 10 man still go ahead though (keeping fingers crossed).

Keeping fingers crossed is not gonna do the trick: recruiting in May and June to cover for the summer holidays was what we did in the past, and never had to cancel a raid, now we seem in troubles, hope we can manage.

Well its now 3pm in the afternoon with only 22 (coming late and rotated) people in the progress raid. If you ninja some people from the normal raid we will be short. Given the current no show issues do we want to wait until invite time or make a decision now and move people appropriately (I've got an invite to the pub I can always go to if the normal raid is cancelled). However given the normal raid is normally the one that struggles to get signups cancelled it in favour of the progress raid may be unpopular with people.

Well as Cleo says, its now 3.30pm and if progress raid takes the extra 5 people they need then i think normal raid will be abandoned for tonight tbh, because there is no way we can make up 4 - 5 people from thin air lol. Besides which, if we want to get to general for some decent tries/kill we need a strong raid force for the start of week raids imho - either that or we will never see Yogg dead in the normal team.

@shan: i think there are a lot of people on holiday or hard at work atm, there is a large proportion of the normal team i havent seen sign up in a long time, which is why i was keeping my fingers crossed that we see some of them signing up again soon

Don't know why you speculate the progress team will take normal raiders and cancel that raid, but if it keeps looking like this we're just gonna 20man the first few bosses imo
