From the signups for the normal raid atm we will probably need to borrow a couple of rotated people from the progress raiders again to get the raid going. At the moment we are missing a second tank and a third healer (and Poorgirl would prefer to dps, before she mentions it Laughing out loud ), or if i tank we are missing 2 healers.

I'm sorry for what might seem as a whining. This is the 3rd Thursday I am being rotated. As the bosses that we have on farm are mostly done on Thursday I would like to be part of this raid for a change. This so I can get that experience too and have a chance in changeing gear.

I kindly request rotated status due to the fact that Daenora is rotated.

Even starting with our application: (http://www.vigilantes-guild.com/forum/babacloanta%2C-lvl-70-mage-+-daeno...) we have asked that "[...]we can understand that benching is part of raiding. but if you decide to bench one of us, please bench the other one too."

I re-iterate: it is no problem for either of us to get rotated, but please do it for both. Otherwise IRL starts to suck.

also very strange raid setup: not a boomkin inside.

Boomkins = 5% more crit for all casters. Also given by Elemental Shammies "on proc". Which we don't have either. Please get a boomkin inside.

Boomkins = Improved faerie fire. which is 3% hit, also given by shadow priests with misery. which we don't have inside the raid (karei also rotated).

Basically due to this the spell casters are all screwed up! Whoever did this raid, needs to re-do it. If who did it plays a melee, than the situation for casters is like you'd be fighting with one behind your back. That grade of handicap.

And this post has nothing to do with the previous one, really.

I suggested time ago to add to raid template yet another rol? for Misery/IFF, on the same basis as we have fields for raid leader name, loot master and boof master. This would serve as a reminder to officer doing raid composition, as it is easily forgotten as we have an example today.

And yes, I am and possibly other casters are TOTALLY screwed without 3% hit buff as our gear is fully optimised with it in mind.

Wouldn't it be an idea if you're a caster to create 2 sets of gear?

One with the buff and one without the buff.
I'm sure you can easily arrange this by switching a few items around.

Sure, it's not obtimal to raid without the buff as changing stats for +hit always comes with a cost. But I doubt that cost is as big as raiding with -3% hit.

That idea requires to re-gem/re-enchant your gear or having to need 2 of the same items. And I think it's easier/cheaper just to rotate one person over another to get that missing raid benefit.

hey, i was active all the day... i fully support that yuana joins the raid to get the buff, but!!! why did i got switched to reserve and not to rotated??? really hope that this happened by accident!

would be much appreciated to get the status "rotated" Smiling
