[Optional] ICC10 - Lich King Hardmode

Its time to have a shot at this.
Hopefully we can get an ID upto LK using the alts run on sunday.
This is for progress team members only.
Don't expect a kill this week, its going to take some time to get the right tactic etc.
I expect everyone to come fully prepared and to have read up on the fight and specific talent points that you need to spec into etc. If you come unprepared, you will be removed from the raid.

Val'kyr HP triples, however they drop their target at 50% health and fly above the raid and begin casting Siphon Life on the raid until they are killed.
In the third phase the entire raid will be pulled into Frostmourne instead of one person. Wicked Spirits will fall from above which must be dodged/killed. Any deaths will still result in Harvested Soul being applied to the Lich King and it can stack.
Phase four is unchanged.

Your welcome to put up a ICC10 achievement run either at the same time or on the weekend.
My focus is on pushing the guild forward, and LK(H) would certainly achieve that.

But Zidh this run is a week from now, on wednesday the 4th... meaning next week you get achievement run, and the week after LK, which will be on an extended alt-run from this week.
(resets tomorrow the 28th, and then again on the 4th)

This week there is a Ruby Sanctum 10 man hard mode insteed of a icc 10 man achivement run.

We have been doing ICC10 hardmodes/achievements for months now, with most week very few people signing/turning up. In fact atleast once we have had to bring in non guild members to fill spots.

Ive put it up every week - when u didnt put it up, and ppl who are done dont show up for these runs. Can write names, but they know themselves who etc.
And everytime people were there, and last time u put it up - u were afk & the raid didnt continue.

Glad the council have their mounts tho

That was only a couple of weeks ago Seiki and me not showing for a raid is stupidly rare.
I have signed for every raid, including the ones you put up. I missed putting them up myself because i forgot, happens to us all
And yes, if you look over the event page, i have been putting up ICC10 runs since it was patched in and a stupidly large number of them have been badly balanced due to poor signups and people turning up without preperation and constant no shows.
As for the council not showing up, i think you will find that titans been on holiday, whilst myself, kripi and sunel have continued to sign for them.

But still we didnt get to manage good runs the last few weeks on ICC10, wich is sad.
Anyways lets forget then about this and continue to get everything done, lots of weeks left till 18 oct 2010.

I rotated myself for most of these runs because i have the mount and others don't, but was online incase i was needed. From what i remember you guys cleared everything including LK last week, which is pretty decent.

There isn't many in the guild that have the mount and most of them are still signing up to help. I am pretty sure they all feel the same as me in that i take offense from the suggestion that I lost interest when I got my mount. I spend a lot of time trying to help this guild and its members and don't take kindly to suggestions that i am acting selfishly.

I know sentinalz, im not talking about you,but i miss the organised runs - they were failing - and the 'alternative optional runs' were lacking people that sign up every time when 'Sentinalz' put the runs up.
I can write down names, but those people know who they are.
I like to speak out clear about this, because im getting several whispers of guildmembers who doesnt - but agree on this.
So again, stop talking about the past - but focus on the future & there are many weeks left till 18 oct., also alot of off days to complete runs, extended runs - and extended extended runs (to remind on the mount runs)

Erm! Im getting a bit angry about the comments here, I have signed for all the optional raids I can. Me having the drake or not has have no impact on that! The raids have moved from Wednesday, that's not very good for me since Saturday is generally not a day I can raid.
I know you don't want to look at the past, but I can tell you that we also have struggled a lot to get the raids going when no one had the drake. It's more a case of being a optional raid, is just that 'optional' and we can't expect everyone to sign for all of them.

And yes we had really issues to get raids going, but those attempts are alot harder now - and people are signing up for alts runs now, instead of progress / helping others runs.
I really hate it when people whisper me about this stuff & complain - but nothing changes. So thats why i started this discussion.
So its not about the post, or who attends or not - its about how we help others and/or alts getting their stuff done.
And really i cba with the mount anymore. Have given that up some weeks ago.

I have to tell u guys that if you plan to use the sunday's alt run ID you won't be able to engage LK 10 Hc because ,for that you need to kill Saurfang,PP,BQL and Sindra HC to be able to engage him!

Does anyone know if we need to kill every boss on heroic or just the wing end bosses to activate the LK?
I hadn't realised this was a requirement, and so this raid will initally focus on getting to him, doing the bare min of hardmodes required.

I guess its like 25man? Just need to clear the place and need a kingslayer to turn into hc? (Thats possible on 25man at least, so why wouldnt it be on 10man)...
At least I havent found anywhere it states that you need to do a certain amount of bosses on hc to do LK on hc...

Ok here's the plan guys.
We will do every boss on normal mode other than the wing end bosses. If we keep up the pace and chain pull trash groups etc, we shouldn't have any problems getting to LK and maybe even get in a few attempts.
This will give us a ID to use for a proper full night on him next week
