hello fellow people, me and eillove has speaken together for a while now about it and decided we want to try make some solid groups for rated bgs. so was thinking mainly for the social people, those whos not raiding, as its probly gonna be in the evenings etc where people are on an such, but raiders that dosent raid at that time etc is more than welcome also to join however we would like pretty much if the people that are interrested have a decent amount of pvp gear. so do a /sign if u want to join and ill check up on it and make a list to see how many we got, and then we will start planning the time we gonna do it. could be real fun to get some awesome titles and an awesome mount also 
and then there is the achies.

I'm into pvp alot lately, trying to figure out what a warrior can do.
If we can plan an RBG, i would love to fit in.
Maybe it is not bad to have Vigilantes support a PVP-branch in some way. We could go for the guild-challenges/achievements each week.

I think you should just start doing it... Yeah gear is good but I think a lot of people wont have time to farm the greatest gear before this start...
Put an event up in calendar, and do it for example on a friday or saturday and see how much support you get.. you can ask people to write what gear they have at the event, and what spc they play and you can the sort a group perfectly after that...

cant really force people to pvp, if they wanted to do it they would sign up, i offered to come on my mage and was rejected because i only had 2k res not 3k so if you are rejecting people you cant then go ask officers to help get sign ups

I fail to see how you connect rejection based on gear with officer support but whatever. Applications to the raiding teams are rejected on grounds of requirements as well yet you seem to have no objection to that. Roughly following this train of thought that'd mean there should be no officer support for the raiding either.
To me it just sounds like you're crying cause you got rejected, you're flailing for something to pin it on while it's a simple case of not meeting the requirements. Whether you do or do not meet the requirements should not have any form of influence on involving officer support for these events.
That's my opinion on the matter at least.

I think the "probleme" is, that most people in this guild see PVP as a fun side thing...
Having to gear your char for this "that much", takes too much time for me.. I have the season 9 set, and still I dont meet the requirements for these runs, hence why I dont sign for them.... I would love to come, but for me, its a fun side thing, not something I wanna spent hours farming gear for before I can join... Maybe one day Ill magically have the gear, but till then, I wont be joining

By officer support i mean like advertising the events more, putting them up more in advance, etc and maybe some other ideas. Not by forcing people to do them because that would be silly. But from past experience i know that events dont really happen unless an officer is there to support them.

Ive made events that have been done perfectly, without problemes, and Im not an officer... but Zaz can as everyone put up the event, for example a week in advance, and make a post that people need to look at the event and see if they can make it...You dont need an officer to do that =)

lol u make no sense at all borrowmire, and about the requirements, first of all i just want people that wants to join to have atleast some pvp gear cus it makes it a lot easyer and it is rated you know, and second its really not that hard to get full tier 10 (item lvl 371) gear or atleast almost full.

Like Shii said I am only doing a BG 1-2 times a week due to I see it as a fun extra thing - and I don't have more time
