I read that a 1000 invites will be given to people who have preorderd the blizzcon online ticket. I do hope others will have a shot on reciving one as well Smiling

For EU it was, until today yes. Normal Beta should be out both in US and EU by now, that also means anyone with it should be allowed to stream and release any information as the NDA is lifted.
