Bartender should let you move it/resize it/keybind/change direction of it or whatever, but then you need to use it for all your actionbars, don't know of anything that can just move one bar I'm afraid
I was a bit lost last time i tried Bartender4 (probably 2 or 3 years ago) and have been put off ever since.
I want to move the bar to under my chat pane where there is a fair amount of space.
Will give Bartender4 another go i guess. Although readjusting to changes on all my characters isn't going to be easy and niether is setting them all up.
There is an addon called MoveAnything. It allows you to move any piece of the standard UI. I use it to move the standard unit frames to the middle lower portion of the screen to be able to better keep track of them during fights. It can also move any bar, ofc.

Any addon that lets you alter the position of your Stance Bar, since that's what it is, should do the trick

Bartender4 is my best bet. Have been using it since a long time and it just takes time to get used to the buttons not being in the old position.
