The ring is where the lock is standing and the X is where i had to stand (behind that pillar)to be able to get him in line of sight to kill him.

After i had capped IB tower i wonderd why Galv wasnt dead yet so i went there to check, what i found was that everyone was dead exept 2 pallas outside and this lock standing on that little platform. When more people came there and started to attack Galv he spammed SoC into the crowd and i guess that is what spoiled the first try to kill him. Good thing was that he was easy to kill once i found that spot but ofc we lost that AV.
