Hi there.
Ive been with you guys for a few weeks now. Ive met a lot of nice and easy going ppl . how ever. im not gonna raid anymore. With the performence the past weeks, then i would rather not raid. And by the looks of it, it doesnt seem to improve. Perhaps do i demand to much, perhaps not.
I know you guys are social raiders, but wouldnt we lie if we said we didnt want progress?
I apologize in advandce for all this.
Im afraid that im sounding like an arse right now, but i had to let it out now.
If you have a comment , feel free to leave one.
But i am no longer raiding.

Ahh well, I suppose some ppl jump into conclusions so fast... And a bad raiding week Can happen anywhere anytime, all what matters what we do about it, and a fast conclusion like this "thats it, I had enough" is not what I would recommend... but may be thats just me.

Solare we all feel the same I think.. We are all frustrated over not havn't killed anything, yet for me this just means I get more motivated to try and perform better.
It is frustrating atm yes, but we will have to stick together as a team to push through.
I for one accept your apoligy and if you want to rejoin I wouldn't hold anything against you - I know the rest of the team won't as well (which is lucky for me)
I will however need to have a word with Cleo tonight on the subject, as it is not my decision alone to make.

Ive done it as well! Sometimes it just feels like too much when youre in it and the day after it doesnt seem that bad at all!
Its not only the raiding, but also the people.. Vigilantes have (at least on Vanilla and Muppet Team) a thing where the atmosphere is just different.. They can put progression and fun into one raid, and its not all about being "number 1 guild", but about learning and enjoying the game
If you ever again feel like everything is "meh" just poke Thy, he is a good listener, and he is danish which sometimes helps it out for a fellow dane to get out some frustrations.. Otherwise... You know where I am, and I dont mind youscreaming out some emo-frustrations! I have them too sometimes!

Yeah, Team 3 shouldn't be part of Vigilantes, they bring nothing to the guild. Its a team full of demons and monsters that sacrifice Kittens to allow them to defeat bosses. And to top it off, they constently interfere with the other Teams. Witch hunt! [/sarcasm]
I'm not sure how Solare's post involved team 3 in any way but trust Shii to find a way to insult us in it. /sigh

That would most certinly be the case if it were anyone else Scypher but you haven't seen the posts that i have seen. Even before Myself and Sheheals joined the guild, Shii had it in for us. If it wasn't intentional then maybe she should choose her words more carfully, singling out a team like that isn't good. I wasn't the only person who thaught it was a dig at us though, otherwise i wouldn't have commented.
Anyway, i dont want to turn this into another Shii vs random person/thing she doesn't like thread. I'll back off.

Okay, now this is getting too much for me... What is your problem with Shii exactly?
Now I know her IRL and let me say this.. If anything she is not commenting on an atmosphere she doesn't know about. She has helped out Vanilla Team before and therefore knows the atmosphere there, and she for sure knows the atmosphere in Team Muppet. Don't think just because it is her posting that she is trying to insult you please.
If other people have it the same way as you, then hey maybe it's you and them having the problem?
Here she is offering her help and showing willingness to listen to frustrated people from another team..
Please just leave it at that.

It was actually just because I havent raided with team 3... Not to single them out, but I cant say what atmosphere you guys have.. Im sure you guys have a nice atmosphere, but saying that "You guys have fun and stuff" while raiding, would really also be insulting if your team is "hardcore to the bone"...

We have tried our best to integrate team 3 into vigi and support you guys but i feel you have a bit of a chip on your shoulders that you need to get over.
For example I have been main page posting all your pics when they are posted on the forum through t11 and your first one this tier and then miss one and we get a post about us not appriacating you guys, and forget about all the others.
We are all part of Vigi and my job is to look after Vigi and all it's teams and that is something I try hard to achieve.
Time to realise we are all part if the vigi family.

This is the problem. Just becasue we do well in such a short raid time people automatically think that we have some kind of "chip on our shoulders", when we don't. We do think we are good players but then who doesn't? We're just trying accomplish things in the game in less time to allow for more spare time to do other things. And this view of certain people does come across and makes us feel very alienated, people talk and sometimes it does get back to us.
I also know i am very outspoken when i dont agree on something but i always like to find a way to make things fair for everyone involved, just like we did with the handling of the new craftables. And maybe i did take the not posting of our kills on the front page the wrong way but what your saying here just reinforced why i thaught that in the first place.
Your very first responce when we killed Beth'tilac last Friday was an accusing question asking us how come we were raiding, when we always raid Fridays, not a gratz or a nice one or anything. So it did come across like we had offened you in some way for beating a boss before you guys on our normal raid night.
I don't want to get into a full blown debate on Solars thread but if you do have these problems with us, then tell it to us directly, not through intermediarys.

Hetanks you need to stop jumping to negative conclusions.
I asked in guild chat, just before the kill, why scy was raiding on a Friday because I had forgotten he had switched teams and assumed team 2 was raiding without an event up. It didnt matter if they were I was just curious. It actually seemed like a good idea if there were enough people online.
As for no gratz, there were some but there aren't as many people online on a Friday as say thurs at raid times, so there is less people to say it. Most people tend to be semi afk on a weekend also I have noticed.
From my perspective I wasn't happy we had been beaten but only because I an stupidly competitive but I was happy for the guild as it helped our server rank and happy for you guys to be doing well
Seriously I think you are looking for the bad and jumping to conclusions. Hopefully when you have been established for a bit longer you will realise this isn't justified
