warlock 3.1 specs

Some simulcrafting results from EJ

Very little difference between the various specs
means we will get a real choice to play the way we want rather than be 'forced' into afflic for the best dps.
And..I ll be able to go back to 0-40-31.
finally it will now be well worth it for one of us to spec Meta/ruin to bring the meta spellpower buff to the raid.
Ideally with 3 locks in the raid we have 1 affliction with a felhunter, 1 0-40-31 for imp buff and one Meta / ruin for the spellpower buff and also the ISB buff as their filler spell will be a SB spam.

Sometimes I do miss my Warlock, it used to be so much fun to spam Shadowbolts and see the crits fly :'(

Happily enjoying my druid though, who knows, I might level Scypher one day! The return of the sacrificial Warlock!

Now that 3.1 has settled in and the bugs have been fixed we should have settled down to our favoured speccs.
According to EJ theorycrafting deep destro remains uncompetitive ( especially so since the conflagrate nerf ) so, until its fixed no deep destro on raids please...unless you have been topping the dmg. meters.
Viable specs are still affliction which will scale better as gear improves, 0-41 30 felguard/emberstorm spec and deep demo for the raid buff.
