i`m trying to find a guildy who can craft Runic Spellthread or knows a trustworthy person who is able to craft it and has a primal nether.
i`ll pay for the nether i got the rest of the mats.

Always pass on loot for "normal" guildies (thx beat
)
Provide crafted gear free to guildies
Provide free potions/flasks/food to guildies
Be willing to accept any criticism without any response
Recognise that they have a responsibility to ensure the guildies are happy and as such do everything in their power to make our WOW more enjoyable

Can't we use some of the guild bank gold to cover situation like Goldson's one, which I was obviously completely not aware of? - Officers are investing tons of their time to keep the guild going, doing all their duties so well, which may lead to this type of situations that time left for grinding outside of raids is limited if any...

I had 60g last night until i charged crag a very reasonable 80g for a primal nether.
Sod giving away stuff for free, if i have no money I cant raid since raiding is costing me on average 60g a time.
@Shan: I dont have time to farm wow for more gold. Even daily's don't give u that much when ur spending 60g per raid. And now ur suggesting we raid on 5 days a week! ffs when do u expect people to actually have time to get money when they are raiding all week or just giving stuff away for free??

That for starters, second Biro is just asking for another Nether, he is not asking for a free one (although if I could make it I would do it for free for guildies, but I have enough cash so lets not start about that).
Third, don't get so worked up dude, theres absolutely no reason to. Shan is just making a suggestion about 5 days of raiding, a suggestion means its open for debate. I believe you've already put your thoughts in that thread, theres no need to go people-bashing over this.

Charging people is someones own choice and not charging people is also someones own choice. It's u to the guildie thats getting something crafted wether they want to pay it or not. Anyway, it's not a discussion that we as a guild should have, its a discussion two people that are making arrangements for a craft should have.

imo the point of Feral is just to say that some ppl are ruining good business, which puts extra pressure of some ppl like he and I who struggle to get the gold going just to keep raiding.
Can't blame Shan for giving free nethers either 
On a side note, noone can't blame ppl for beeing generous nor having enough time to farm
Actually if guildies (and guild) wasn't that generous I probably couldn't be raiding at all, and i'm probably not alone in that case =)
so can we all just get naked and do dirty things now ?
