imo it will be very hard for a paladin to efficiently OT this fight,

paladins need to get hit in order to make threat, a very big part of it is made from our holy shield (shield block) ability, and we only get mana back from the life we loose (simply put). I know Gurtogg does some aoe dge but I don't think it'll be enough.
So it should be very hard to maintain a high level of threat bellow the MT without nerfing our raid dps.

Best idea might be to have the paladin MT actually

Same comment goes for Warrs actually shy, VAST majority of our rage comes from being hit.
Ferals are the only ones really who don't need to be hit (primarily) to gain threat as its more seriously based on the dmg they give out.

one idea would be to BoP the MT so Gurtogg starts beating on the OT which can then start building better aggro. With 3 paladins we should be able to do that evey minute.
This only requires a working Omen and a big pair of balls

Well you've got hairy balls so that's one problem solved, Omen on the other hand... Sticking out tongue

Plan/Strategy:
Phase1 (lasts 60s):

Tanks (Akolen, Shynaski, Feral)
Same tanks as last week. Smooth threat generation, dont fall to far behind each other on threat, work on aggro switching.

DPS Melee
Fairly simple for you guys. Control your threat during P1. Avoid as much damage as possible and self damage, you will have plenty of time to do this. Work on spreading properly at the end of P1.

Healers
Keep people alive! Doh! Ensure you position and move correctly. Work on spreading properly at the end of P1

Ranged DPS
Low DPS during P1. Work on spreading properly at the end of P1. Consider wearing Resilience gear to start with, it mitigates the Bloodboil damage (if you are in Grps 3,4,5, see below)

Groups 3,4,5
For you guys movement and positioning is critical. Group 3 will initially position itself furthest away from the boss to ensure they get Bloodboil. As soon as you have the debuff you will move back to where the main raid stands and the next group will move to the 'furthest away' position.

Phase 1 last 60 seconds. 5 Bloodboils will be cast.
1st Bloodboil (10 seconds into P1): Grp 3
2nd Bloodboil (20 seconds into P1): Grp 4
3rd Bloodboil (30 seconds into P1): Grp 5
4th Bloodboil (40 seconds into P1): Grp 3
5th Bloodboil (50 seconds into P1): Grp 4

After the 4th Bloodboil has been cast Groups 2,3,5 spread (need approx 5 yds distance bewteen ppl if possible)
After the 5th Bloodboil has been cast Group 4 spreads
Phase2 (lasts 30s):

Starts with Acid geyser on a random player, who will become the new MT for 30s, and receieve the Fel Rage Debuff. Whoever it is should not move, and should be prepared to use every self healing ability they have during the course of the next 30 seconds.

Everyone else move away from this person (need to avoid arcing smash and fel acid breath)

The Fel Rage Tank must help the healers stay alive. Most classes have abilities that help...

Druid
If you are restoration specced and targeted with Fel Rage your best bet is to hit Barkskin and heal yourself. Keep all HoTs up, and be ready to use Swiftmend/Nature's Swiftness

If you are Feral, go Bear form immediately. Frenzied Regeneration will heal for double the amount, use it wisely. Keep Demoralizing Roar up, and damage him as much as you can.

Hunter
Hit Aspect of the Monkey as soon as possible. Damage him with your melee attacks.

Mage
Put Ice armor on as soon as possible. Slowing his attacks by 25% may well save your life. Use Ice barrier constantly if you have it, use Mana Shield if your health dips dangerously low. Use instant attacks such as Fire Blast or Ice Lance on him, if you have the mana to spare. Do not use Iceblock.

Paladin
Keep casting as many heals on yourself as possible. Do not use Divine Shield.

Priest
Use Power Word: Shield every time it becomes available. Keep Renew up and chain cast Flash Heal on yourself. Be ready with Desperate Prayer if you have it.

Rogue
Hit Evasion and burn your cooldowns to damage him as much as possible. Hit Cloak of Shadows if he uses Fel Acid on you. Do not Vanish.

Shaman
If you are restoration, put Earth Shield on as soon as possible and heal yourself constantly.

If you are enchancement/elemental it may well still be advisable to heal yourself as much as your mana will allow. If the other healers are comfortable however, you might be able to do some damage.

Warlock
Chain cast Drain Life. Keep casting and recasting it even though it will be interupted. Keep up Siphon Life if you have it, use Deathcoil if it's off cooldown.

Warrior
Equip a shield immediately and get into Defensive stance. Keep Commanding Shout up at all times. Damage him as best you can. Do not use Death Wish.

Healers
Shed loads of heals on the new MT please.

DPS
Check you have not resisted the Insignificance Debuff and nuke hard (zero threat with this debuff)

5 seconds before P1 begins again we all (except the new MT) start to move back to our P1 positions.

When Phase 1 restarts the tank who was tanking at the end of the previous P1 should regain aggro (unless people have been nuking without the Insignificance Debuff Eye-wink)

Repeat P1 & P2 until dead (preferably him, and not us!)
