Like Morose, Malacrass starts with 4 adds randomly selected from the list below:

Ogre:
Melee add
Can be sheeped

Imp:
* Spams Fireball
* Has low HP
* Can be banished (or controlled??)

Dragonkin:
* Casts Flamebreath
* Casts Thunderclap
* Can be slept
It's suggested that it be killed outright

Undead:
* Does melee damage
* Has instant cast abilities
* Can be shackled

Blood Elf:
* Casts heals
* Can be interupted
* Should be killed as a priority

Serpent :
* Casts Posion bolts
* Can be slept

Its recomended that at least two of the adds be killed before focusing on the boss. Based on the adds you can draw I would think that this is rarely optional.

Malacrass casts a dot that lasts for approx 15 sec and deals roughly 300-400dmg per tick. Presumably on a random target although no specifics given.

Roughly every minute he will drain everyone's power by 1% (presumably DPS and HPS) giving it to himself. This increases his size and damage by 10%.

During the fight he will randomly Soul Drain 1 random person, he will take on 2-3 abilites of that persons class. He will continue to use these new abilities till he Soul Drains another victim and starts a new cycle of attacks.
