Razorscale Boss Abilities
Health Points: 12,600,000 (heroic), 3,900,000 (normal)
Wing Buffet - Knocks back in a large radius around Razorscale. 1.5 second cast time.
Flame Breath - Deals 17,500-22,500 fire damage in a frontal cone. 2.5 second cast time.
Flame Buffet - Increases fire damage taken by 1500. Last for 60 second duration.
Devouring Flame - Launches a lava bomb at a target, deals 8788-10,212 fire damage. In addition, deals 8788-10212 fire damage everyone second to anyone standing within a 6 yard radius of the explosion site.
Razorscale Boss Strategy
Phase 1 - Air Phase
To start phase 1 simply talk to the expedition commander. During this phase you are tasked with defending the dwarven crews while they repair the harpoon launchers. Your primary focus here is killing all of the adds and avoiding the devouring flames that Razorscale will be launching.
As each harpoon launcher is successfully repaired they may be clicked to fire a harpoon at Razorscale. After all 4 turrets have been fired Razorscale will come to the ground. Once on the ground Razorscale will be stunned temporarily, during this time your DPS will want to blow all cooldowns to do as much damage as possible.
After the stun ends Razorscale will fly up into the air again and you’ll repeat the firing process to bring her down.
Phase 2 - Ground Phase
Once you’ve got Razorscale below 50% she will land. During this phase you’ll want your tank to spin her face away from the main raid to avoid flame breaths. At this point the fiight becomes a standard tank and spank fight. Continue to avoid devouring flame and keep DPS up. As flame buffet stacks on your tank he will be taking some serious damage towards the end of the fight, so maximizing your DPS during this phase will be crucial.

Apparently the first nerf is in on this boss already, the enrage timer which isn't actually mentioned on any tactics I have seen has supposedly be increased from 8 to 10 mins.

Trying to combine everything on one place.
Phase 1, while boss is in the air.
DPS and Healers should be outside the circle, tanks out front to get the adds, DPS split evenly left and right.
One person stays in the circle to get the devouring fllames.
DPS targets are Melee concentrate solely on the Watchers. Ranged target watchers first then sentinals.
Tanks will be spread left right and center, the center tank will be alone and will take the sentinals.
Guardians are left alone in air phase.
Phase 1 when boss is on the ground.
When boss lands in phase1, Heroisms and all CDs must be blown on it the race in this fight is to get the boss to 50% asap as its an easy tank and spank fight after that.
While the boss is on the ground the tanks should move the guardians together into a devouring flame and still be outside the flame themselves (it ticks on them for 8k+ a second) so that when the boss when the boss flys away they are almost dead and can be quickly nuke before the next adds arrive.
Rinse and repeat until boss is below 50%.
Phase 2 has a few extra abilities and people have to watch for devouring flames still, but otherwise it sounds like tank and spank, but until we see it we wont know.
I have read on one strategy where it suggests 4 tanks for this fight, but that sounds like overkill to me.

17/4 changes
Several changes to the Razorscale encounter have been made including the range and damage of the Dark Rune Watcher’s Chain Lightning being reduced, and the radius of Razorscale’s Devouring Flame being slightly reduced.

Slight modification...
one group on the left comprising 1 tank, 1 tank healer, 1 group healer and half the dps.
second group same composition on the right
In the centre the 3 rd tank and his dedicated healer. the central tank picks up the sentinels ( whirlwinders) so the ranged dps from both sided can nuke him when in position.
one healer dedicated to heling fireballs..set razorscale as focus and cast shield followed by a heal on target of target, that way we 'heal' before they hit reducing the chance of people being 2 shotted.
leaves 2 spare healers to'float'
we don t have to activate the harpoons as soon as they are ready, so when 3 are ready activate those altogether. when the 4 th one is ready activate this when there are no 'nasty' adds about and the dps is in position.
When razor lands everyone apart from the tanks who have adds and their healers should nuke the boss blowing all cooldowns and heroism ( we should take 25% of the boss's health)...no need to tank him and no need to worry about threat...just stay behind him.
When he lands permanently at 50% he needs to be tanked and faced away from the raid. We need to set up a tank rotation so that they taunt off each other when they have 2 stacks of the 'Fuse Armour' debuff.
